Somatic Yoga with Chasity

Everybody is welcome to this gentle somatic movement practice.
Bring your mat and maybe a blanket. Suitable for all levels.
Somatic release features:
- Low and slow flow focused on tuning into the subtle energy body.
- Breathing into and releasing pockets of resistance.
- Letting go of the day and preparing the mind body for a for deep rest.

Everybody is welcome to this gentle somatic movement and meditation practice where we experience the common thread in yogic traditions and 12 step programs. We explore common practices in both traditions that can help us stay calm and resilient through impermanence.
