Tuesday Night Somatic Yoga with Chasity

Tuesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Everybody is welcome to this gentle somatic movement practice.

Somatic release features:

  • Low and slow flow focused on tuning into the subtle energy body.
  • Breathing into and releasing pockets of resistance.
  • Letting go of the day and preparing the mind body for a for deep rest.

Bring your mat and maybe a blanket.
Suitable for all levels.
